Subscription checkout is configuration-dependent
The current TRIVOX code can create Stripe-hosted subscription Checkout Sessions only when a real Stripe secret key, recurring Price ID and webhook secret are configured. The website does not hard-code or fabricate a subscription price. The amount, currency and billing interval shown at checkout come from the Stripe Price configured by TRIVOX.
Billing management
When Stripe billing is enabled, signed-in customers can be routed to Stripe’s customer portal to manage supported billing actions configured by TRIVOX in Stripe. Subscription status in the TRIVOX workspace is updated from signed Stripe webhook events.
Refunds and cancellation
This build does not invent a universal refund entitlement. Before BILLING_ENFORCE is enabled for a commercial launch, TRIVOX should configure and publish the actual cancellation, renewal and refund rules that match the product, sales jurisdiction and Stripe portal settings. Separate consulting or implementation engagements may still be governed by a signed proposal, statement of work or service agreement.
Account deletion and active billing
Self-service account deletion is blocked while an open Stripe subscription remains recorded, including states that still require billing attention such as active, trialing, past-due or unpaid. This reduces the risk that access data is deleted while billing remains unresolved. Cancel or resolve the subscription first, then delete the account.
Questions about a purchase
Use the billing portal where available, the contact details in the applicable agreement, or email michael@trivox.me with enough information to identify the purchase.
